So 2013 is here... Wow, I guess I knew it was coming just... not so soon?  There was just so much craziness in the last year and I have to say, I'm not expecting it to calm down much either.  I think this year I really want to try to get back into some of my more traditional media and try branching out from the usual horse sketches and the like.  My art has really been suffering at the hands of school and my own health failings.  I guess i'm a bit unsure how to get back in the swing of things, but I know I want to.  Perhaps a once a month challenge to start out with. If I can't do that, well I'd  be pretty disappointed with myself haha!  So h

And so the soft green of summer fades into the crisp ruddy days of fall.  How time flies the older we get!  I remember when I hardly even noticed the seasons passing, and now they seem to run past, leaving me trying to catch my breath as the world spins around me. Anyways I've seemed to notice that my once completely traditional gallery has since succumb to something entirely devoted to photography.  When the heck did that happen!?  I feel slightly unobservant to have just really noticed this now, but maybe its simply this time of year that really makes me see things.  Anyone else feel slightly concerned when something you started doing just

Good gracious the semester/year is already at its end!? How is this possible that the holidays are already upon us? I find myself still glaring at the christmas decorations as I walk by window fronts in town... Have we already had our yearly turkey induced food coma!?! This year has already gone by too fast people.  So much has happened in that time.
